No. That is one of the perks of being a member. All club assets are exclusively provided to members at the platform and nowhere else. Keeping the number of mock-up users small means you're unlikely to come across posts similar to yours.

I believe so. Canva templates can be converted to PowerPoint files. All other digital assets work with any design program of choice.
Yes!
No. Due to the digital nature of the content, no refunds are allowed.
Yes. The latest sets offer a lot of PNG options for you to layer however you'd like. You can also add your own brand colors to the background of the PNG images and create space as needed for product screenshots.
Yes. The planner comes in PDF format and Trello. Trello works on any device and desktop. The PDF format should work with your preferred note-taking app. It does not have to be Goodnotes. A detailed tutorial is provided for using the planner.
No. The reel templates are integrated with the monthly planner and oftentimes the mock-ups.
Yes, as long as the marketing assets are only used for your online accounts and none of their other clients.
It's recommended but not required. The mockup templates do not need the paid version but the engagement designs may have some paid elements.
Yes. You only continue your subscription as long as it is providing value to you.
Unfortunately, no. PayPal right now does not work well with the subscription model, but hopefully soon we can add that.
Yes. There is a Canva course and a Reel course for those who need it. Detailed instructions are provided on how to use the reel templates and the monthly planner in Goodnotes and Trello.
