Starting my TpT journey in 2011 was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Not only did it provide me the financial freedom to leave the classroom in 2017, it has also allowed me to stay at home with my children while being the main provider.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm a virtual assistant. Am I allowed to use the Teacherpreneur Club digital assets for multiple accounts?

Each membership is for only one user. Please have your clients sign up individually for a membership if you want to use club assets for their accounts.

Do you sell the planner or reel templates or mockups separately?

No. All resources are integrated with the monthly planner. It doesn't function as a stand-alone resource. You'll want access to everything when you get your hands on the planner and all the post prompt suggestions.

Is a hard copy of the planner calendar included in the membership fee?

No. The fillable PDF digital format is included. If you'd like a hard copy mailed to you, you'll see an add-on option at checkout to add it for $30 more (includes worldwide shipping and delivery takes 2-3 weeks on average).

I use PowerPoint for design. Will I still find the templates helpful?

I believe so. Canva templates can be converted to PowerPoint files and all mockup templates come in PPT format as well as Canva. All other digital assets work with any design program of choice.

Do I need to have a paid Canva account to use the Canva templates?

It's recommended but not required. The mockup templates do not need the paid version but the engagement designs may have some paid elements.

Do I get access to all past workshops, mockups, and Canva templates?

Yes!

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You only continue your subscription as long as it is providing value to you.

Can I get a refund?

No. Due to the digital nature of the content, no refunds are allowed.

Can I pay for membership with PayPal?

Unfortunately, no. PayPal right now does not work well with the subscription model, but hopefully soon we can add that.

Are the mock-ups customizable where I can add my branding and product screenshots as needed?

Yes. The latest sets are MOVEABLE. This means the template elements can each be individually moved, duplicated, deleted, etc.

Do you provide instructions for using the club resources?

Yes. There is a Canva course and a Reel course for those who need it. Detailed instructions are provided on how to use the reel templates and the monthly planner in Goodnotes and Airtable. I'm also available to help you out in any way during the monthly live co-planning session.

I have a different teacher business that's not a TpT store (tutoring, PD, etc.). Can I use club assets for that?

Yes! As long as you combine your branding with the assets for promotional purposes and do not sell or share club assets (e.g., within your own TpT seller membership), you are fine. You may use the elements anywhere on the internet.

If I try the monthly membership and decide I want to upgrade to the yearly for more savings, is that possible?

Yes! Please email me "upgrade" at [email protected]. I will cancel your current subscription and send you a reminder email once your current subscription expires along with a link to sign up for the yearly subscription.
